ISV and
Reseller Hosting
Solutions for Independent
Software Vendors and Their Resellers
|
InsynQ is one of the
original ASPs, having first delivered services to
clients in 1997. In fact, we were working on this
business model before DSL and broadband Internet were
generally available. We designed and built-out our own
datacenter (now known as the Tacoma Technology Center),
and we created our own line of intelligent on-premises
routers, firewalls, and thin-client devices. We are no
longer in the hardware or datacenter businesses,
however, and focus exclusively on the secure, affordable
delivery of quality managed application services.
InsynQ was a founding member of the ASP Industry
Consortium and the MSP Alliance, and we have recognized
for quite a long time the benefits inherent in a
managed, server-centric computing model for small and
growing businesses. InsynQ was the first hosting
provider for Remedy Corporation’s CRM and ITSM
solutions, and launched one of the first Internet-based
CRM Practice Centers. InsynQ was also the first hosting
provider for Macola Software’s accounting and mrp
applications.
InsynQ's services have always demonstrated our ability
to deal with a wide variety of business-critical
software – software that is both complex in its
technical requirements and in its application to a
specific business problem - and deliver it to a broad
audience. InsynQ worked closely with McAfee in the
development and initial launching of the managed virus
protection service model, and was an original partner
with Global Crossing and Northpoint DSL in bringing
converged voice and data services to business customers
over the IP network.
InsynQ operates under an SPLA license from Microsoft, is
a Sage-authorized hosting provider for ACT! (in
conjunction with our partner ACTRemote.com), is licensed
by Intuit to host the QuickBooks Pro, Premier and
Enterprise products, and is the only supported 3rd party
hosting provider for Thomson Reuters Creative Solutions
applications.
On an ongoing basis, since that initial delivery in
1997, InsynQ has cleared the path and established the
foundation for the ongoing growth and adoption of hosted
application and managed information technology services

InsynQ has always worked closely with our ISV partners
to ensure that applications work well in the hosted
environment.
InsynQ also
hosts SaaS-to-desktop integrations, such as online
service integrations for Bill.com, SmartVault, or
Salesforce.com to QuickBooks desktop versions. When
you're connecting to a software-as-a-service solution,
it makes sense to deliver the core system an always-on
solution, as well.

Integrating applications in the hosting
environment, and delivering the complete functionality that
businesses require, is one of our specialties.
InsynQ's philosophy in working with
Independent Software Vendors is to leverage the reseller
channel, not compete with it.
By providing secure, scalable,
affordable hosting services, InsynQ is able to deliver the
technical implementation and platform support that customers
need and resellers demand.
Channel resellers benefit by being
able to focus on license sales, training, implementation
services, and software support.
We offer a variety of ways for ISVs,
developers and resellers to participate in a hosted software
delivery model. Whether it's co-branded service, or applications
delivered under the InsynQ service brand, our partners know that
their software will function just like it would on the desktop.

When your delivery requires both
desktop and web service, such as ACT! Premium for Workgroups on
the desktop and for the web, or Prolog Manager and Prolog
Website, you can trust InsynQ to provide the total solution for
your enterprise
